Description

A long slinky demonstrates both transverse and longitudinal waves, depending on which motion is given to the slinky.

Instructions

Create longitudinal waves by gently pulling back the slinky and pulsing it forward. Create transverse waves by quickly shifting the slinky off axis then back.
